Exclusive Candle Making Experience

Wicks & Corks is open every day so that you can book your private party any day of the week.

  • Private parties can be booked for any day of the week contingent upon staff and availability.

  • You must have a minimum of 10 people to book a private party. The maximum is 30. If the

minimum is not met, the difference between the minimum and the number of guest attending
must be paid before the party can take place.

  •  You can choose your own candle design. The candle and vessel can be selected from our

gallery. A link to our gallery will be emailed to you once you've booked.

  • The cost for a 3 hour private party is $30.00 (and up) per person and a 4 hour private party is

$40.00 (and up) per person. No discounts or promotions may be applied to a private party.

  • The host of any private party will need to hold the reservation with a credit card number and 
    $100.00 deposit, that is non-refundable due to cancellations or date and time changes. Deposit

will be used toward final cost of party.

  •  The instructor, wax, wicks, vessels, fragrance, wax coloring, wine glasses, and anything needed

to create chosen candle design are provided by Wicks & Corks.

  •  Everyone at the private party creates the same candle. Only the colors specified for the chosen

candle may be used for that session. Any deviation from the standard palette is subject to a
$50.00 fee.

  • Non-candle making guests may attend.

  • Host is responsible for drinks and food if desired.

  • We will begin making candles 20 minutes into the time scheduled, so it would be a good idea to

have your guests arrive promptly at party start time.

  • A party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $175.00 and an additional

$175.00 for each additional hour over party end time. Party extensions are based on staff
availability and management discretion.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued due to cancellation. If we are not given notice of cancellation within 7 days of
the event, there will be a charge of $100.00 to the credit card in addition to the $100.00 deposit.
