  • Do you provide international delivery?
    As of right now, we only ship within the continental United States. Join our mailing list for any shipping updates.
  • What is your returns policy?
    All sales are final. If you have any problems with your order or delivery, contact us at eurnicejean@gmail.com
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive a tracking number in your email when your order is ready and your shipping label is printed. If for some reason you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    All of our products are hand made with love! Although most 10oz candles and wax melts are produced in small batches and are readily in stock (depending on traffic), please allow 2-10 business days for order to be shipped.
